SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY
All R13 shipments are sent UPS within three business days. You can expect to receive your ground package within 10 business days of your purchase. If you choose to have your items shipped express, you will receive them within 5 business days. Ground shipping is always free. Express shipments are sent UPS 2nd Day Air. To ensure your merchandise is insured all packages require a signature upon delivery.
R13 Denim has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. You will complete your order on the secure International Checkout page. You may pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once you place your order, please direct all inquiries to International Checkout at email@example.com.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from R13 Denim. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your items we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase. In order to do this please use the enclosed return label that comes with your shipment and email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify customer service of the return. Once received at our warehouse a refund will be issued with 14 business days of receipt.

Do you charge sales tax?
-Sales tax is only charged on orders that are being shipped to New York or New Jersey address.
How do I track my order?
-When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details.
Do you ship internationally?
-We will ship to international addresses, however the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes that are incurred. How long does it take to receive a refund or credit?
-Once we receive your return shipment in good condition, we will issue your credit right away. However, it may take several more days to see the refund depending on your bank.
Can I use more than one form of payment?
-Unfortunately this is not an option at this time.
Is R13's site secure?
-Yes. We process all payments through Shopify.
